Blue Coral Galaxy S7 edge hits NTT DoCoMo in Japan on December 8

The new Blue Coral version of the Galaxy S7 edge, which was officially announced a couple of weeks ago, is set to launch in the Japanese market through NTT DoCoMo. The carrier is taking reservations for the new color variant till December 7th and will start shipping the device out to consumers on the official launch date.

The Blue Coral Galaxy S7 edge is Samsung’s attempt to make up for the losses it has incurred after cancelling the Galaxy Note 7 and make the device more attractive to consumers. The company has said that the Blue Coral variant will be launching in different markets as time goes by, although the list of countries where it is available remains quite small for now.

The Blue Coral S7 edge remains the same as the regular Galaxy S7 edge when it comes to specifications and features, and you can read our original review and our long-term take on the device if you’re planning to buy one.
